Presentation Patient #1 was a 40 year old otherwise healthy male, who presented with a 5 month history of a growth on the forehead. He denied pain or tenderness. The patient had been hit in the area by a rock at age 7, and the wound had been cleaned out by his primary care doctor. An X-ray showed no underlying bony abnormality. A surgical excision was performed. ![]() Patient #1 (click image to enlarge) Patient #2 was a 34 year old male who noted a lesion of the forehead only 2 weeks prior. At the age of 5 he had fallen and this area had been injured by impact with a rock. He denied other medical problems.
